  • This 100% wholewheat is milled from Gilchester's own heritage grains and is ideal for handmade loves.

    This strong flour is created by grinding wheat in it's whole form for all of the natural goodness of the whole grain. The finished product is a healthy whole grain that makes the perfect finish to a crusty loaf of bread to accompany warm bowls of steaming homemade soup on an autumnal day.

    It's full of fibre, contains vitamins and minerals and can be enjoyed in a multitude of baked goods.

    Why not enjoy it in a gum-smackingly delicious Ginger and Treacle Cake - a wonderfully moist cake that keeps well or in a crusty loaf of sourdough.
