How can I get free delivery?

Once you have moved to our Platinum Tier, by ordering at least 8 times in 12 months, you will automatically receive free delivery at checkout

Do my Moor Points expire?

Your points will be available for 3 months.

How many points can I use on one order?

You can use up to £20 worth of points per order when redeeming your Moor Rewards. Any remaining points will stay on your account for future purchases.

Will my tier level expire?

If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months your points and rewards will return to zero. You will be moved down to the entry level.

How do I redeem my Moor Points?

Log into your account, go to Moor Rewards, select the discount you want, and click Generate code. Copy the code and enter it in the discount box at checkout to apply your savings.
