Our standards, from farm to kitchen
Built around better farming
We don’t farm for speed, volume or the lowest possible price. Our farmers use rotational, pasture-led systems that rebuild soil health and create thriving, biodiverse land.
100% grass-fed beef and lamb. Native breed pork. Properly free-range poultry.
High welfare, no shortcuts
Our animals live outdoors, grow slowly and eat a natural, forage-rich diet. Our farmers use local, small-scale abattoirs, keeping travel short and stress low.
Every animal is fully stunned. No religious slaughter. We do not gas our pigs.
Butchered and aged in Devon
At our purpose-built facility, our skilled butchers prepare and portion every cut with the same care and attention that went into producing it, working with the whole animal.
Beef dry-aged for depth of flavour and tenderness.
#OnThePass
We’ve recently opened Edenmoor to wholesale and are working with a small and growing group of restaurants across the South West, London and the areas in between. We’re looking to build long-term relationships with chefs who care about the quality and provenance of what they put on the plate.
“From good ground to great tables.”
