  • Our Rockfish whole squid is naturally sweet, tender and delicately textured, with a clean, ocean-fresh flavour that shines when simply prepared.

    Ideal for grilling, BBQ, frying or stuffing, it delivers a true taste of the sea and works beautifully in bold Mediterranean or Asian-inspired dishes.

    Perfect for sharing plates, starters, or as a standout centrepiece seafood dish.

  • Pan fry with a little oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes turning half way through cooking until piping hot.

    Alternatively, cook on the BBQ on medium-high for 3-5 minutes until piping hot.

  • Keep Frozen.
    Defrost before cooking. Place in the fridge overnight.
    Alternatively place into cold water for around 30-60 minutes.
    Once defrosted, consume within 3 days.
