  • Glaston Tile is a fresh, young goat's cheese, but with a firmer texture than a curd. It's pre-drained which removes some of the moisture, giving it a more pronounced acidity and a firmer texture which makes it perfect for fresh starters and salads.

    We love spreading this cheese thickly onto sourdough toast, drizzling with olive oil and topping with some fresh tomato, herbs or charcuterie. It can also be enjoyed crumbled into soup or atop a roasted vegetable tart.

    Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
