We have picked up several awards for our lovely Lamb and Mint burgers. Made from our lean Grass Fed Shoulder and Leg of Lamb. We finely mince fresh lamb and add delicious ingredients including fresh mint and bramley apples to create a mouth-watering burger.

  • Yes, all of our poultry are completely free range. Once our turkey chicks have feathered up they are moved outside where they spend the summer ranging freely on grassy hillsides, actively developing strong bones and muscles. When we say 'properly' free-range we mean it! Our bronze turkeys have plenty of space in which to thrive, they are in a healthy outdoor environment where they build up natural immunity and can freely exhibit all their natural instincts including dust-bathing, displaying and calling to their flock - all making a magnificent sight and contributing to an unmatched taste and texture.
  • All of our burgers are made by our very own team of passionate butchers. This allows us to control each and every aspect of production, and ensure the products are the very best quality, for the ultimate eating experience.
  • Yes, all of our beef, lamb and mutton is 100% grass fed and grass finished. Our cattle, lambs and mutton sheep only consume forage and mother's milk for their entire lives. We simply do not believe in feeding them anything else.
  • We do not use hormones in our meat. It is a common misconception that hormones are used in British meat. Using growth hormones in meat production has been banned in the EU since 1989. Currently, the UK has a ban on both producing and importing hormone treated meat, which means no British farmer (no matter the standards) is able to use hormones in the production of their meat. However, there is pressure on the UK Government to lower their standards and allow imports from countries such as US and Australia, meaning hormone-treated meat could be available on our shelves. Regardless of changes to trade deals and agricultural policy, we will never, ever use hormones in Edenmoor meat.
