    Notes of cumin, coriander and fennel bring fragrant depth, while garlic, tomato and a touch of cayenne add warmth and savoury balance.

    Inspired by bold Asian spice blends, these burgers are juicy, deeply comforting and made for flame-grilling, flatbreads or piled high with crisp, fresh toppings.

  • From frozen, oven cook at 180oC for 30-40mins until golden
    brown. From defrosted pan fry on medium with a little oil for
    8-12 mins.
