Made from 100% Grass-Fed Beef, these burgers offer the same rich, deep flavour you’d expect from a fine steak. Expertly crafted with a simple blend of beef, onion, salt, and black pepper, they are completely natural, containing no preservatives or fillers.

  • For best results, defrost the burgers.

    Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat.

    Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan.

    Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.

    Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.

    Sizzle on the BBQ. cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.

You can also bake them at 180C, or sizzle them on the barbecue for around three to four minutes each side, away from direct flame. They can be cooked from frozen.

  • Yes. The burgers arrive frozen and can be cooked straight from frozen. They're also safe to refreeze. If you've thawed them, cook within three days, and note they contain no preservatives so must be kept frozen until use.
