  • Per 100g Energy 460kJ/110kcal,Fat 6.2g, Of which Saturates 2.9g, Carbohydrate 7.0g. Of which Sugars 3.2g, Protein 4.8g, Salt 0.9g

  • Cook from frozen.

    Remove film. Cover with foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove foil after 30 minutes for a golden finish. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
