  • Sourced from our slow-grown pigs and reared to the highest welfare standards, our new Native Breed Pork Short Ribs are wonderfully tender, with a real depth of flavour you just won’t find at the supermarket.

With plenty of meat they are perfect for the barbecue, smoker, or oven. Cook low and slow until meltingly tender or grill over fire for that irresistible caramelisation.

Keep it simple with sea salt and cracked black pepper, or glaze generously with your favourite marinade for a sticky, flavour-packed finish.

However you choose to prepare them, these ribs are a celebration of exceptional British pork and the unmistakable quality of native breeds.

  • A rib cut from the pig, prized for its rich meat and tenderising fat. Designed for low, slow cooking or hot grilling over fire.

  • Simple pairings work well. Sea salt and cracked black pepper let the pork shine, while a sticky glaze or bold spice rub take them in a BBQ direction.

  • Slow-grown pigs raised to the highest welfare standards on British farms. That gives the ribs the depth of flavour you won't find in supermarket pork.
