  • A rich, intense raw milk cheese with a smooth, creamy texture. Similar to a hard mountain cheese crossed with a clothbound cheddar.

    Once you have tried this fabulous cheese you will want to eat it again and again. Lincolnshire Poacher is one of the most wonderful cheeses produced in Great Britain.

    Handcrafted using heritage starters by expert cheesemakers, this exquisite cheese is naturally matured, typically for 14 to 16 months.

    The rich, savoury and brothy flavour of Lincolnshire Poacher pairs well with fruity chutneys and pickles. Try it on top of our Original Sourdough Crackers with a dollop of our Traditional Piccalilli on the side.
