    Our Hams are carefully brined for a week before being gently cooked to perfection, dressed with aromatic cloves and a sumptuous honey glaze and then roasted in the oven. The texture of our cooked ham is wonderfully tender and has all the character you would expect to find from free range pork. It is truly a very special cut of meat.
