  • Our Grass Fed Enriched Beef Mince is the perfect way to get a number of nutrients in your and your families diet. We add 15% Ox Liver to our award-winning grass fed beef mince. Liver offers significant amounts of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

    Whether you're crafting homemade burgers, preparing a hearty spaghetti bolognese, or whipping up a comforting cottage pie, Grass Fed Enriched Beef Mince is the ideal ingredient for an array of beloved family dishes.

  • To defrost the beef mince, place into a bowl of cool water (still in its packaging) and leave for approximately 5-10 minutes. Finely dice an onion and cook down with some butter for 5-10 minutes. until transparent. Add the beef mince to the pan and cook on a medium heat for five minutes.To the pan add a tin of plum tomatos, a clove of garlic, a few springs of fresh thyme and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 15 minutes and serve with pasta.
