    • To defrost the beef mince, place into a bowl of cool water (still in its packaging) and leave for approximately 5-10 minutes. Finely dice an onion and cook down with some butter for 5-10 minutes. until transparent. Add the beef mince to the pan and cook on a medium heat for five minutes.To the pan add a tin of plum tomatos, a clove of garlic, a few springs of fresh thyme and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 15 minutes and serve with pasta.*Thoroughly cook before eating

Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
