  • Our Grass Fed Ribeye Steak is a celebration of quality and care. Sourced from our 100% grass-fed, slow-grown native breed cattle, this steak is reared on natural pastures that allow the beef to develop a rich, complex flavour and exceptional tenderness. The meticulous rearing and ageing process ensures that every steak delivers a deep, beefy taste that’s truly a cut above conventional beef.

Our Ribeye Steaks is one of the most popular steaks we sell and it's no wonder, the rich beefy flavour of the meat is encased with moreish fat that crisps and renders in the pan - resulting in a sublime steak.

Once hung on the bone for four weeks, the depth of flavour and sweet tender meat of our Grass Fed Ribeye Steak is something pretty special.

Whether grilled, pan-seared, or cooked on the BBQ, our Grass Fed Ribeye Steak is designed to impress, offering the most amazing caramelised fat and smoky flavour. A truly memorable, flavour-packed experience.

Choose from 200g or 300g steaks.

  • Ribeye is the eye muscle from the forerib, made up of the longissimus dorsi that runs up from the rump and sirloin, and the tail-end of the chuck from the shoulder. It's known for its rich, beefy flavour and the moreish fat that crisps and renders in the pan. It has recently been voted the most popular steak.

  • Much of it comes down to the fat. Ribeye is encased with fat that crisps and renders during cooking, basting the meat and giving that sublime, deep flavour. Ours is hung on the bone for four weeks, which adds further depth and tenderness.

  • Yes. It comes from 100% grass-fed, slow-grown native breed cattle reared on natural pastures. That rearing, combined with four weeks of ageing on the bone, gives a deep, beefy taste that's a cut above conventional beef.
