  • We rear the most delicious and nutritious Grass Fed Native Breed Beef. We believe in respecting the whole animal and never wasting any part, so we have created this wonderful addition to your store cupboard.

    We slowly render our grass-fed beef fat for hours until it becomes a luscious liquid, it is then passed through a sieve to remove any impurities and bottled in a pretty glass jar.

    Our grass-fed tallow, or dripping, is so delicious simply smothered over sourdough. Or it makes a really tasty alternative to other cooking oils and fats for frying. Don't forget to add a jar along with your roast beef to make the most incredible Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes.

    Each jar weighs approximately 155g.
