  • If you thought plain Grass Fed Beef Stir Fry made life easy for you, take it a step further and try our aromatic beef stir fry for ultimate ease combined with ultimate flavour.

    The aromatic element comes from our special blend of spices – earthy cumin, fennel and coriander combined with the warmth of cloves and cayenne pepper.

    Simply sizzle in a pan for a super speedy feast.

    As with everything we make, our Grass Fed Beef Aromatic Stir Fry is made with all natural ingredients.

    (Tomato, Salt), Garlic (Garlic, Citric Acid), Olive Oil, Red Wine
    Vinegar, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Fennel Seeds,
    Cayenne Pepper, Allspice, Ground Black Pepper)

  • To defrost remove from the freezer a few hours prior to cooking and leave to defrost slowly at room temperature.

    Alternatively, place into a bowl of cool water (still in its packaging) and leave for approximately 10 minutes.

    Place a cast iron pan or wok over a high heat.

    Add a little Beef Dripping or Ghee to the pan and throw in the beef stir fry.

    Cook for just a couple of minutes, 3-4 at the most, until the beef has lightly browned.

    Serve in wraps, piled onto salads or tossed through noodles or pasta.
