    Fresh, fragrant and 100% made for the grill, our new Garlic & Herb marinade is a simple yet utterly delicious blend of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon and mixed herbs.

    Cook over flame until beautifully golden, revealing tender, succulent meat infused with bright, herby flavours and a hint of cracked black pepper.

  • Preheat the oven to 180C.
    Place in the oven on a wire rack and cook for around 30
    minutes, turning from time to time until piping hot and
    golden.
    Alternatively, delicious sizzled on the barbecue. Place over
    hot coals and cook for around 30 minutes, turning regularly.

  • Keep Frozen. Defrost before cooking. To defrost, place in
    fridge for a minimum of 8 hours.
