    Our Free Range Diced Chicken is expertly prepared and by hand, by our team of skilled artisan butchers, so each piece is just the right size to quickly braise and turn into all manner of delicious chicken dishes. 

    Our Properly Free Range diced chicken is a wonderful nutritious kitchen staple perfect for all types of meals, including slow cooker chicken casserole.

    It is best cooked for around an hour to release melt in the mouth texture.

    Take a castiron casserole pan and fry the diced chicken with a little oil or ghee until lightly browned.

    Add your chosen ingredients and plenty of liquid then cook for at least 1 hour for beautifully tender meat.

  • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • It's ideal for slow-cooked casseroles and curries, including slow cooker dishes. Cut from the leg, with a good balance of tender meat and buttery fat, it comes into its own in any recipe that calls for a slow cook of an hour or more.

  • Brown it in a little oil in a cast iron casserole, then add your chosen ingredients and plenty of liquid and cook for at least an hour for beautifully tender, melt-in-the-mouth meat. It's prepared by hand into perfectly sized pieces for quick braising.

  • It's cut from the leg. We remove the thigh from the carcass, then trim and dice it into bite-sized pieces. The balance of rich fat and sweet, tender meat makes it a solid staple for a wide range of slow-cooked dishes.
