  • Our Properly Free Range Chicken Stir Fry has to be the ultimate fast food, cooked faster than you can call for a takeaway and packed with so much more nutritional value.

    Chicken Stir Fry is a kitchen staple in our home, it is often our go-to meal for speedy nutritious suppers that our whole family love.

    Our talented artisan butchers meticulously prepare strips of our Properly Free Range chicken breast, ready for you to add to so many crowd-pleasing dishes. We have done all the work for you, all you need is a hot pan!

    We recommend 1-2 portions per 250g. 

  • Properly Free Range Chicken

  • Take a castiron pan, or a wok and place over a high heat. 

    Drizzle a little oil or fat into the pan and throw in the chicken stir fry.

    Cook for just a couple of minutes, trying not to move the stir fry too much so it can brown. 

    Serve in wraps, toss through noodles, add to salads or drop into pasta.

  • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • It's cut from the breast. Our butchers meticulously slice the lean breast meat into strips, so it's fine-grained and tender and needs only a very quick flash in the pan for the best results.

  • Heat a wok or pan over a high heat with a little oil, then add the chicken and cook for just a couple of minutes until lightly browned. Serve in wraps, piled onto salads or tossed through noodles. It's the ultimate fast food.

  • After hatching, the chicks grow indoors for their first three to four weeks until feathered, then head out onto pasture. Our properly free range birds live significantly longer than most other organic and free range chickens.
