    For a deeply satisfying meal, try gently pan-frying with shallots, sage, and a splash of Marsala, or blend into a luxuriously smooth chicken liver mousse.   • Free Range Chicken 

  • Place a little ghee into a hot pan.

    To the pan add some sliced onions and cook off for about five minutes.

    Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.

    Cook for no more than three minutes.

    Leave to rest and serve pink.
