  • Caught using an innovative potting method that gently lures scallops with soft lights, a technique born from experimenting with lobster and crab pots, these are among the finest scallops we’ve ever tasted.

    This sustainable approach causes no damage to the seabed or other marine life, delivering pristine, premium scallops from the clear waters of the South West.

    Translucent when raw and pearly white once cooked, our Disco Scallops are cleaned, shucked, and ready to enjoy.

    Simply pan-fry them for a few minutes in rich garlic butter and serve with plenty of bread to soak up their irresistible juices.
