  • Our Cull Yaw Mutton Stock Pack is ideal for creating rich, hearty stock. Perfect to use in traditional stews, casseroles and braises.

    Simply simmer with seasonal vegetables, herbs and your favourite seasonings to create a nourishing, comforting stock, packed with character and provenance.

    We believe that food should be produced in harmony with nature and there isn’t a better example of this than with our super sustainable Cull Yaw Mutton sheep.

    Our Cull Yaw mutton sheep are reared for at least 7 years, resulting in a rich and deep flavour. 

    Approximately 500g per pack.

  • Mutton Scrag End, Mutton Osso Buco, Mutton Breast

  • Slow cook the mutton to release an amazingly gelatinous, rich flavour.

    Best slow cooked for at least 2 hours on a low heat until the meat falls away from the bone.

  • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
