  • Our Chicken BBQ Box is a celebration of slow-grown, pasture-raised poultry and bold, punchy flavours – perfect for the grill or the oven. Every cut of chicken in this box comes from properly free range birds, reared with care on small-scale farms, where they roam freely and grow at their natural pace. The result is meat with real depth of flavour and a beautiful texture that holds up brilliantly to barbecue cooking.

    Centred around our whole spatchcock chicken, ideal for marinating and cooking over hot coals alongside a pack of juicy chicken wings that are always a crowd-pleaser. To bring it all together, there are two of our favourite sauces: a rich, sticky Plum & Pear BBQ Sauce, and our fiery Wild Piri Piri, made with fermented chillies and wild herbs. It’s everything you need for a proper summer feast.
