  • Our Char Siu Pork Burger is a family favourite, packed full of flavour. An equally mouth-watering and eye-catching burger, it is the perfect burger for the more adventurous on the BBQ.

    Made with our Native Breed pork, oats, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Our classic sausage meat is then carefully balanced with our delicious Char Siu mix.

    Bake in the oven or sizzle on the hot coals of the barbecue. 

    Just like all our burgers, they are carefully crafted by our expert butchers to really champion our delicious meat cuts.

  • For best results, defrost the burgers. 

    Thoroughly cook before eating.

    Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat. 

    Add a little Ghee or dripping to the pan. 

    Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through. 

    Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve. 

    Sizzle on the BBQ. Cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.

All Edenmoor meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
