  • Our delicious handmade apricot & hazelnut stuffing is made using the finest all-natural ingredients.

    With a more-ish fresh and sweet flavour, our apricot and hazelnut stuffing is perfect for stuffing all manner of poultry. 

    We do not use any preservatives in our stuffing and so it is best to keep it frozen until you are ready to use. 

  • Apricots (SULPHITES), Salt Beef*, Hazelnuts (NUTS), Apples, Pork Fat, Parsley, Onions, Coriander, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil Preservative (Potassium METABISULPHITE), Black Pepper.

    *Salt Beef brining process contains Salt, Demerara Sugar (Sugar Cane Molasses, Sugar).

  • Treat it simply.
    Preheat your oven to 180°C. Loosen the stuffing with a fork, then bake in a shallow dish for 25–35 minutes, until piping hot and lightly crisp at the edges.
    If you prefer stuffing balls, roll the mixture gently into even portions, place them on a lined tray, and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once for an even golden finish ensuring piping hot.

  • Store in the freezer then bring to room temperature before use.
