    Our Beef Short Ribs are a versatile cut, well suited to slow cooks, as well as cooking on the grill or on the barbecue.

    Left on the bone, with beautifully marbled fat running through the cut, our Grass Fed short ribs are well-suited to a spicy rub before slow roasting, or, perhaps best of all, slowly smoking to melting tenderness.
