  • Our Surf & Turf Box includes a wonderful selection of the finest sustainable seafood and grass fed beef, all delivered to your door in our 100% recyclable packaging. Each meticulously prepared ingredient is ready to throw onto your BBQ and impress at your next alfresco celebration.

    We have sourced the very best local British fish and seafood from abundant species. Our seafood is filleted and blast frozen within a few short hours of being landed. It is simply as fresh as you get - unless you have caught it yourself! Trust us when we say, these are the best scallops you'll ever eat!

    Our award-winning Grass Fed beef is slow grown to reach natural maturity at around 31 months. All our beef is hung on the bone for 4 weeks before being skilfully prepared by our awesome team of skilled artisan butchers.

    This brilliant box is full of beautifully portioned fish and meat, perfect for storing in the freezer, keeping you stocked up with the ingredients ready to cook in a flash.

    2x Grass Fed Sirloin Steaks - 600g

    Please note the scallops are delivered without their shells.

  • Our cooking times are just a guide. Your fish may vary in thickness, it may be warmer or cooler when it hits the pan, your oven or hob may behave differntly to ours. Use our instructions as a guide, but deploy your senses too; look, prod, listen and smell while you cook. After all, cookery should provide us pleasure as well as nourishment.
