    Crafted using unpasteurised milk, it has a clean, mineral freshness and soft, creamy texture with a subtle citrusy edge that reflects the quality of the milk and careful hand production.  

    Perfect crumbled over salads, spread on crusty bread, or paired with honey and seasonal fruit for a simple, elegant serve.
