  • Our premium beef sirloin, expertly seasoned and gently cooked sous vide to lock in its natural flavour, tenderness and succulence. The result is beautifully juicy, evenly cooked beef with a rich, savoury character and a wonderfully tender texture that melts in the mouth. Simply finish to your liking for a show-stopping roast that brings restaurant-quality results to your Christmas table.

  • Ensure thoroughly defrosted before cooking.Defrost in fridge overnight for a minimum of 6 hours. Remove from fridge for 30 minutes before cooking. Pan fry: Place joint in a medium-high pan with a little oil turning frequently to brown the outside for 8-15 minutes depending on your cooking preference. Oven: Place joint in a prehated oven on a baking tray and roast at 180oC for 30 minutes, turning to brown. Ensure piping hot before serving and allow to rest before plating.
