    Cut from slow-grown, outdoor-reared pigs raised with care, these generous slices celebrate the natural quality and character of traditional native breeds.

    With layers of sweet, succulent fat and robust pork flavour, they’re perfect for slow roasting, barbecuing or cooking over open fire.

    Whether served simply with sea salt and herbs or glazed with bold spices and marinades, these pork belly strips deliver exceptional depth, texture and indulgence in every bite

  • Ensure defrosted before cooking.

    Bring the meat to room temperature and dry all over with kitchen towel. Season with sea salt and pepper. Score skin for extra crispiness.

    Grill: Set grill to medium-high and cook on a wiring rack for 5-7 minutes on each side until piping hot and the skin is crispy.

    BBQ: Cook on medium high turning regularly for around 8-12 minutes turning frequently until piping hot and the skin is crispy.

All Edenmoor meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
