    Prized in Brazil, chicken hearts make a delicious treat marinated and sizzled on the barbecue. Chicken hearts can be added to all manner of dishes for a nutrient punch. 

  • Free Range Chicken

  • With a pestle and mortar crush chillies, garlic and sea salt.

    Add a glug of olive oil to the paste and mix well.

    Marinate the chicken hearts for at least 30 minutes or ideally overnight.

    Add the hearts to a skewer and cook over a hot barbecue for five minutes each side until the hearts are beautifully charred.
