      • A perfectly portioned Christmas feast for two, brimming with seasonal favourites and a touch of indulgence. Designed for smaller gatherings, this collection ensures you can enjoy the full festive experience without compromise.

        Begin with delicate dressed crab paired with a classic sauce, the perfect way to start a celebratory meal. For the main event, there’s a tender sage & onion stuffed turkey breast, rich turkey stock, and golden pigs in blankets. The trimmings are all here: beef dripping roast potatoes with pink pepper and thyme, fragrant braised red cabbage with port, orange and cinnamon, buttery sprouts with bacon lardons and chestnuts, and honey-glazed carrots with star anise and rosemary. A jewel-bright cranberry & port sauce ties it all together.

        To finish, enjoy a perfectly portioned Christmas pudding,  the sweetest way to round off the day.
