    Handmade in small batches and baked until perfectly golden, at its heart lies a smooth, decadent chocolate filling. Dark, glossy and luxuriously silky, with a deep cocoa richness that melts effortlessly on the tongue. Balanced and not overly sweet, it delivers that true, grown-up chocolate intensity.

    Scattered generously over the top are vibrant green pistachios, adding a gentle crunch and a naturally nutty sweetness that beautifully offsets the dark chocolate. Their subtle savoury notes bring balance, depth and a pleasing contrast of texture.

    Made by hand using traditional methods and carefully selected ingredients, this tart is a celebration of simplicity done well. Buttery pastry, rich chocolate, and the distinctive character of pistachio.

    Serve with a dollop of crème fraiche or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert that feels both comforting and refined.
