  • Our Blueberry Bakewell Tart is a joyful twist on a timeless British favourite. It’s rich, buttery and beautifully balanced.

    It begins with a crisp, golden pastry case, perfectly short for a delicate bite. Baked until lightly golden, the pastry provides the ideal foundation for a generous spread of vibrant raspberry jam, adding a bright, fruity sharpness. On top sits a soft, almond frangipane with a naturally nutty depth.

    Delicately added are plump blueberries, which burst as they bake, bringing pockets of sweet, juicy flavour to every slice. Handmade in small batches and baked the traditional way, this is Bakewell at its best. Crisp pastry, luscious almond filling, bright fruit and a beautifully golden finish.

    Serve simply with pouring cream or a spoonful of crème fraiche and let each layer speak for itself.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Edenmoor meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
