  • A beautifully balance of sweet and sour in a pot, this yogurt is virtually fat free and full of healthy live bacteria. With a thick layer of glorious England Preserves fruit compote, this utterly divine yoghurt is the perfect addition to any breakfast table.

    From Fen Farm Dairy comes this fantastic range of yoghurts. This artisanal natural yoghurt is a product of years of travel and development. It is their interpretation of the iconic Icelandic foodstuff, but handmade on their farm from the fresh morning milk of their free ranging Montbelliarde herd.

    There is nothing extra added to their yoghurt - just good ol'fashioned time and hard work. To achieve that beautifully silky texture and creamy consistency, the skyr is gently strained through natural cheesecloths, resulting in a completely natural finish and that preserves the delicate milky flavours. The thick fruit conserve layer is then added to the skyr - a symbiotic balance that is exquisite to see as well as to consume.

    This all results in a beautiful yoghurt, perfect from farm to your breakfast table.
