  • Tender, slow-cooked to perfection, our Asian Inspired Pork Belly is sous vide for an exceptionally succulent texture, then finished at home to create a beautifully rich, caramelised exterior. Infused with aromatic Asian-inspired flavours, it strikes the perfect balance of savoury, sweet and subtly spiced notes. A luxurious, melt-in-the-mouth centre with irresistible depth of flavour in every bite.

  • Pork Belly (90%), Asian Seasoning (Coconut Oil, Ginger, Roasted Garlic, Lemon Grass, Chilies Red & Green, Coriander, Star Anise, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper)

  • Defrost before cooking. To defrost, place in fridge overnight.
    To cook, remove all packaging and place in a frying pan with a little oil in medium high heat for 5-10 minutes turning to brown all sides.
    Alternatively, place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200oC for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and piping hot.
