So we’re absolutely delighted to share that our Pigs in Blankets have been named Best Pigs in Blankets in the Woman & Home Christmas Food Awards 2026!
It’s a wonderful accolade for one of the most-loved favourites in our Christmas range, and a lovely way to celebrate the care, skill and good ingredients that go into making them.
A Christmas classic, made with care
There’s a reason pigs in blankets have become such a Christmas essential. The combination of juicy sausage meat and savoury bacon is hard to beat, whether they’re nestled alongside the turkey on Christmas Day or enjoyed straight from the oven while everyone gathers in the kitchen.

Our pigs in blankets are made with the same attention to detail we bring to the rest of our range. They’re hand-rolled by our team, with around 100,000 made each year, ready to bring a little extra joy to Christmas tables across the country.
And while they might be a small part of the Christmas feast, we know they’re often one of the first things to disappear from the plate!

An award-winning Christmas at Edenmoor
This latest win from Woman & Home is another proud moment in what has been a brilliant awards season for our team.
Alongside our Best Pigs in Blankets award, our Festive Sausage Roll Wreath has been named Best Picky Bits in the 2026 Good Housekeeping Institute Christmas Taste Test. We’ve also received recognition for our four-bone Rib of Beef, which was Highly Commended in the Woman & Home Christmas Food Awards.
And that’s not all. Our Christmas range has enjoyed further success with the Good Housekeeping Institute, while our Spatchcock Chicken and Ribeye Steak each received Platinum awards at the Food Drink Devon Awards 2026, alongside Gold for our retail offering.
Every award is a chance to celebrate the people behind the food, from the farmers and producers who share our values to our skilled butchers and the wider Edenmoor team who work so hard to bring it all together.
