  • This delicious handmade filling is made with lots of varieties of mushrooms, including the finest Italian Porcini. A little fresh parsley and Italian hard cheese is added to enhance the rich and earthy mushroom flavour.

    This stunning handmade Tortelloni is best served with a glug of really good olive oil, sage butter or with a light tomato sauce and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

    Each Artisan Tortelloni is folded by hand in order to incorporate more delicious filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and is made using a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, to ensure the pasta holds its shape during cooking.

    Flour 00 (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Pasteurised EGG (30%), Durum WHEAT Flour, Salt.


    Filling (44%):
    Mixed Mushrooms (50%), Ricotta cheese (MILK) Italian grated cheese (MILK, Salt, Rennet from Vegetable Culture. Preservative:E1105 Lysozyme protein from EGG), Pasteurised EGG, Parsley, Salt, Dry White Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Sunflower oil, Black pepper.

  • Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.

  • Keep Frozen at -18 C. To maintain quality do not defrost, cook straight from frozen.
