  • Packed with great flavour, a little heat and a creamy texture this Moghul Chicken Curry has succulent chunks of free-range chicken, cooked in a creamy masala sauce with ground almonds, yoghurt and fresh coriander.

    All Bini's ready meals are inspired by traditional family home cooked Indian recipes, only using quality ingredients and hand made in small batches to ensure the flavours and textures are true to the authentic Indian home cooked experience.

    Bini's curries are made using locally sourced, high welfare, free-range meat and are all lovingly created by Bini herself.

  • Chicken Thigh Meat, Tomatoes, Yogurt (MILK), Ground ALMONDS (NUTS), Lemon Juice, Jaggery, Tandoori Powder (Colour Paprika Extract, Acidity Regulator Citric Acid: E330, Dried Garlic 3%, Roasted Cumin), Fresh Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Green Chillies, Rapeseed Oil, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Cassia Bark, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cloves, Bay Leaf.

  • On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.

    Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 sec then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.

  • Bini Fine Foods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer. 

    Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.

    Use By date is printed on the pack.
