    Our ducks live a properly free-range life, roaming amongst lush pasture, eating a natural diet of forage and whole grains. 

  • Free Range Duck 

  • Heat a castiron pan or wok over a high heat.

    Drizzle a little oil in the pan and throw in the duck stir fry.

    Cook for just a couple of minutes, until the duck has lightly browned. 

    Serve in wraps, piled onto salads or tossed through noodles.

  • Properly free range ducks, roaming lush pasture and eating a natural diet of forage and whole grains. That gives the meat a fuller flavour than intensively reared duck.

  • Duck brings richer, deeper flavour than chicken and stands up better to bold Asian seasonings. It's still quick enough for a weeknight supper.
