Speckled with fresh chives and boasting that unmistakable blue cheese depth, it’s handcrafted by our friends at What A Pickle, an artisan producer celebrated for making vibrant, honest condiments using traditional methods and proper ingredients.

    It’s fantastic spooned over crispy buffalo chicken wings or your favourite steak, and just as brilliant paired with roasted beetroot or grilled mushrooms. It even makes a cracking dip for crisp raw veg.

    Serve it straight from the jar, spooned generously over your rested meat, allowing the warmth of the meat to gently soften the sauce without altering its character. The result is a beautifully balanced, full‑flavoured finish that stays true to its handcrafted roots.
