    This is the very same exceptional 5-bone rib of beef that we supply to the iconic Simpsons in the Strand, renowned for its legendary roast beef and theatrical silver carving trolleys.

    Selected for outstanding quality, beautiful marbling and deep, rich flavour, this magnificent rib is made for the grandest of Christmas tables. Roasted whole and carved generously at the table, it delivers wonderfully tender, succulent beef with all the drama and indulgence of a truly special occasion.

    The same exceptional beef served at one of London’s most iconic dining rooms is now available for your Christmas table.

  • Beef (100%)

  • Defrost before cooking. Defrost in fridge overnight for a minimum of 8 hours. Remove all packaging and roast on a baking tray or wire rack in a preheated oven at 160oC for 2.5 - 4 hours depending on your cooking preference. Ensure piping hot before serving. Allow joint to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
