  • Our native breed pork belly strips are generously coated in our signature smoky hickory rub, blending paprika, garlic, cumin, chipotle chilli and oregano with a hint of cocoa for rich, warming depth of flavour.

    As they cook, the seasoning forms a beautifully caramelised crust, or bark, while the well-marbled pork belly becomes meltingly tender and irresistibly succulent.

    Perfect for barbecuing these pork belly strips are made for sharing. Serve with crisp slaw, grilled corn, buttery mash or soft flatbreads for a feast full of bold, smoky flavour.

    Place in the oven on a wire rack and cook for around 30 -35 minutes, turning from time to time until piping hot and golden.
