    Produced using traditional cheesemaking methods and high-quality local milk, it develops gentle earthy complexity as it ripens while remaining smooth and approachable.

    Perfect served simply with crusty bread, fresh fruit or crackers, or baked until warm and gooey for an indulgent centrepiece to any cheeseboard.
