  • Pink Peppercorns add delicate heat to any dish that they're used in.

    To these delicious crackers, a hint of peppery goodness comes through subtle warmth and spice. Peters Yard use simple, natural ingredients including organic spelt flour, organic fresh milk, crushed pink peppercorns and their precious sourdough starter, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.

    Each cracker is rolled out and then baked until crisp & golden. These wonderful sourdough crispbreads are the natural choice for charcuterie & cheese. Savour the crunch with your favourite fresh cheeses.
