  • This tasty filling is made using Spicy Calabrian Nduja Salami spread combined with creamy Ricotta Cheese and Italian Hard Cheese. Serve this delicious handmade pasta with a simple tomato sauce, a generous glug of good olive oil and cheese or with a lemon butter sauce. A real treat if you like your pasta with an extra kick!

    Each Artisan Tortelloni is folded by hand to incorporate more filling.

    The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and is made using a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds its shape during cooking.

    Ricotta Cheese (MILK), Mascarpone Cheese [Cream (MILK), MILK, Citric Acid] (21%), N'duja [Pork (66%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste (10%), (Red Hot Pepper, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid), Crushed Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Dextrose, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite] (19%).

  • Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
