  • Our native breed pork steaks are marinated in a delicious blend of golden honey, rich soy sauce, garlic and a splash of white wine vinegar, creating the perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours. As they cook, the marinade caramelises into a rich, sticky glaze, while the generous marbling of our native breed pork keeps every bite tender and full of flavour.

    Perfect for the barbecue, grill or pan, these versatile pork steaks pair beautifully with fluffy rice, crunchy slaw, roasted vegetables or a crisp seasonal salad for an effortless meal that's packed with flavour.

  • Pork (90%), Honey (4%), SOY Sauce (2%) (Water, SOYA Beans, WHEAT, Salt), Garlic (Garlic, Citric Acid), White Wine Vinegar (Contains Potassium MetabiSULPHITE), Salt

  • Take a cast iron pan and place on a high heat.    

    Cook on one side for two minutes, then flip over and cook on the other side for two minutes.   

    Turn the steak over and cook for a further two minutes until the juices start to appear. Turn over once more and cook for a further two minutes.   

    Leave to rest uncovered for 10 minutes. 

  • Keep Frozen. Defrost before cooking. To defrost, place in fridge for a minimum of 8 hours
