  • Our Red Cabbage with Apple & Cider is a rich, comforting side that brings depth and balance to any plate. Sweet apples and a splash of cider gently soften the earthy red cabbage, while onions add savoury warmth and a touch of sugar enhances the cabbage’s natural sweetness.
