  • Created to celebrate the King's 77th Birthday, our new Balmoral Pie is topped with a delightful pastry crown and filled with some of our finest ingredients.

    We combine our own slow-grown chicken and traditionally cured bacon with award-winning Scottish haggis, earthy mushrooms and sweet leeks, all enveloped in a rich, creamy whisky sauce.

    Fragrant herbs bring warmth and balance, while the golden pastry lid creates a pie worthy of the occasion.

    Inspired by the classic Balmoral combination of chicken, haggis and whisky, this indulgent pie brings together exceptional British ingredients and traditional craftsmanship in every bite. Some might say it’s a pie fit for a king!

    Please note: This pie is cooked with whisky and is therefore not suitable for those who avoid alcohol for dietary, religious or personal reasons.

  • Cook from frozen.

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Place on a baking sheet and cook for 45-50 minutes, until the pie is golden brown.

    Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then remove the foil and serve.
